Vancouver English Camp
for youth 7 to 17 years of age
English Classes
15 hours per week. On the first day, students are tested and placed in an English class based on their level. Students learn all the English skills including speaking, reading, writing, grammar, listening and vocabulary. The camp takes place on the campus of Simon Fraser University.
Activities and Excursions
ESL summer camp at Vancouver combines English classes with instructional and recreational activities, sightseeing tours and social and cultural events. Campers participate in a variety of exciting activities including: Rock Climbing, Drama, Archery, Tennis, Badminton Hiking, Martial Arts, Baseball, Hiking, Swimming, Arts & Crafts, Volleyball, …

Residence Accommodation
Students living in residence have a private or twin room and have 24 hour supervision. Room assignments are made based on age, nationality, and date of registration. Students are housed by age and gender in different buildings or floors with shared facilities on each floor. Three nutritious meals and an evening snack are provided every day.
Host Family Accommodation
Students who are 13 to 17 years of age have the option of staying with a Canadian host family. All of our homestays are carefully inspected and the families are interviewed before a student is placed with them. The host families provide a private or double room and two meals per day (lunch is eaten on campus except on Sundays when host families provide lunch).

Services with Extra Cost
• Safety deposit of $150 CAD. Deposit to be return if there is no damage caused by the camper.
• Extra Day in Residence Program: $270 CAD per day (maximum 3 days)
• Special Transfers requested by students not arriving or departing on Sunday : $175 CAD
• Notarized Custodianship Letter: $125 CAD
