Quebec City, situated at the mouth of the St. Lawrence Seaway, is the cradle of French civilization in North America. It is the only major city in Canada that offers a true French-speaking environment making it one of the top destinations to learn French.
French Camp
for youth 10 to 17 years of age
Established in 2006, this French Immersion Camp has been specializing in fun and dynamic language programs and each summer welcomes youth from over 25 different countries.
French Classes
Morning French classes, from 8:30 am to 11:45 am, are organized in 7 levels, and help students develop all four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing, in addition to attention to the study of grammar and phonetics.
Afternoon Programs
Participants can select from a wide variety of afternoon programs. Afternoon options are pre-selected on a weekly basis (a student can be registered to a different afternoon program every week).
Multi-activity program is operated directly by our team. It offers students fun and varied activities every afternoon. The French and Art and French and Sport programs are mostly offered in collaboration with local partners and provide students with an opportunity to mix with local teenagers.
Evenings and Weekend Activities
One or two evening activities plus weekend activities are organized by the program. Weekend activities are mandatory for participants in homestay and in residence.
Cultural activities include excursions to Montreal to visit La Ronde theme park and the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal, Le Cirque du Soleil, Le Festival de Québec and whale-watching at Tadoussac.
By combining French courses with outstanding afternoon activities and outstanding extra-curricular program, the Summer French Camp for Teenagers offers your child an outstanding French immersion experience!
